• Third-Party Services: Our services may involve third-party platforms such as OpenAI, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Zapier. We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Partners Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. This includes any service interruptions or inaccuracies in AI-generated communications that are beyond our control.
